Job summary

B2K PET PRODUCTS PTE. LTD. seeks an E-Commerce Executive to manage Shopify and marketplaces, drive online campaigns, and optimise performance across channels.

You will work with Marketing, Creative, and Logistics teams to launch products, coordinate content, and analyse results to boost traffic, conversion and AOV. Livestream support and customer interaction are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong interest with 1–3 years in e-commerce, marketplace management or digital commerce.
• Experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok Shop is advantageous.
• Comfortable with data and basic sales/performance reporting.
• Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Plan and execute online promotions, product launches and campaigns; coordinate materials and content with Marketing/Creative teams.
• Set up and optimise advertising campaigns; monitor budget and KPI like ROAS, traffic, conversion and sales.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales; prepare regular performance reports; translate data into actionable improvements.
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and content updates across channels.
• Co-host or assist with TikTok Live sessions and livestreams; support product demos and promotions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for timely order fulfilment; assist with customer enquiries.
