Job summary

BOTTLES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive to grow our online business across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop/TikTok Live.

You will manage store operations, merchandising and customer experience, while monitoring performance and driving promotions. Responsibilities include creating product listings, optimizing pricing, coordinating campaigns, and analysing sales data to improve results.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related discipline.
• Ideally 1–3 years of e-commerce or marketplace experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least two platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop).
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable analysing sales and product data.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of online stores across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop / TikTok Live.
• Create, upload and maintain product listings with accurate titles, SKUs, pricing and promotions.
• Plan and execute platform promotions and campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12).
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for listing assets.
• Analyse performance data and report on revenue, conversions and campaign results.
