Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic professional to manage and optimise e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, while driving brand growth and online sales in Singapore.

You will oversee website content, online campaigns, pricing, promotions and inventory across marketplaces, with responsibility for performance reporting and market research. The role involves collaboration with retailers and internal teams to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in business development, e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Experience with FMCG/retail is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with supermarket accounts and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Company's e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
• Maintain and update the Company website, product information, promotional content and online campaigns.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates and online merchandising activities.
• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic, customer engagement and marketplace performance.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and online sales.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, advertisements, promotional activities and content creation.
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarket chains, retail channels, distribution networks and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors, corporate customers and marketplace partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and market trend analysis.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, promotional events and business development initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing and business performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments on order fulfilment, customer service and marketing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
