Wine Connection is seeking an experienced e‑commerce leader to own wineconnection.com.sg, driving sales, growth and profitability while coordinating campaigns, product launches and promotions across the Singapore market.

You will manage the Shopify Plus store, optimise collections and navigation, and partner with Marketing to drive acquisition, retention and customer engagement. Oversee Delivery Centre operations to ensure timely fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e‑commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years in e‑commerce, digital commerce, online retail or omnichannel retail.
• Proven experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus.
• Strong understanding of the digital customer journey and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow wineconnection.com.sg; drive sales, growth and profitability.
• Manage eCommerce calendar, campaigns, launches, offers and promotions.
• Improve online journey; optimize collections, pages, search and merchandising.
• Lead Delivery Centre operations; fulfilment, inventory, and partnerships.
• Manage marketplaces; product listings, pricing and inventory across channels.
• Deliver customer service excellence; handle inquiries, orders and complaints.
