You will drive site performance, manage online trading and product listings, and optimize marketplaces while building a high-impact team to accelerate growth beyond 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or omnichannel retail.
• Proven track record with Shopify Plus e-commerce environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in web analytics and digital customer journeys.

• Drive digital revenue, sales growth, and overall site performance for the primary web storefront.
• Manage online trading, product collections, landing pages, onsite search, and campaign calendars.
• Oversee conversion rate optimization, digital merchandising, customer funnel dynamics, and basket-size growth strategies.
• Lead end-to-end local delivery center operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Expand market presence by optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns across third-party marketplaces.
