Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Regional Project Manager, APAC to join the Project Logistics team in Singapore. You will coordinate planning and execution of large-scale logistics projects across Asia Pacific, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable delivery while collaborating with country operations and specialist teams.

You will manage heavy-lift and multimodal movements, coordinate vessel charters, and support business growth through technical input and feasibility assessments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex Project Logistics operations across APAC.
• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across countries.
• Commercial awareness and risk management in large-scale logistics projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee planning and execution of complex Project Logistics across APAC.
• Collaborate with regional and country teams (Engineering, Chartering, PM) to deliver viable logistics solutions.
• Support planning of heavy-lift, OOG, breakbulk, and multimodal movements with cost-conscious approaches.
• Manage vessel chartering requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Sales/BD to assess feasibility and plan execution for new opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage challenges and delivery expectations.
• Monitor project financials, budgets, costs, margins, and forecasts to improve profitability.
