Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Head of Project to drive business opportunities across SEA in construction, data centres, heavy cargo and machinery.

The role runs Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm at Pandan Rd in Singapore, leading projects from concept to client handover. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management with experience in project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift and related transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across SEA in construction, data centre, heavy cargo and machinery.
• Lead assigned projects through all phases from concept to client handover.
• Manage project schedules, coordinate vendor activities and cost tracking structures.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to design efficient logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and logistics partners.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and logistics proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Analyse industry trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and analytics to management.

• Collaborate with operations and project teams to design efficient logistics solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and logistics partners.

• Prepare competitive quotations, tenders, and logistics proposals tailored to customer requirements.

• Analyse industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities.

• Maintain sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and analytics to the management team.

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain Management.

• Experience in project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift, oversized cargo & transportation solutions.
