Job summary

CEVA Logistics Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Regional Project Manager, APAC to join our Project Logistics team in Singapore. You will coordinate planning and execution of complex, large-scale logistics projects across Asia Pacific, aligning with operations, engineering, and commercial teams.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical project cargo expertise (heavy-lift, OOG, breakbulk) and the ability to lead multi-country teams within a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex Project Logistics operations with end-to-end planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-lift, out-of-gauge (OOG) and breakbulk movements and vessel chartering.
• Proven commercial and financial capability including budgeting, forecasting and margin management.
• Solid understanding of international shipping, customs and regulatory standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coordinate regional teams with MS Office/PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee planning and execution of APAC Project Logistics activities against milestones and budgets.
• Collaborate with regional and country teams to develop technically sound, commercially viable logistics solutions.
• Support planning of specialist cargo movements including heavy-lift and multimodal transport operations.
• Coordinate vessel chartering requirements with specialist teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support new opportunities with project feasibility input and execution planning.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing challenges and service delivery expectations.
• Monitor project financial performance including budgets, costs and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
