Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a senior technology leader to head the Trade Processing Platform Services organisation. You will own the strategy and roadmap for shared engineering platforms, developer tooling and AI engineering services, driving standardisation, reusability and platform modernisation across the function.

• 8+ years of experience in development with strong leadership in engineering/platform/architecture.
• Experience leading engineering, platform or architecture organisations within complex environments (Markets or transaction-processing).
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide platform modernisation, engineering transformation and AI adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the platform strategy and engineering enablement across Trade Processing Technology.
• Own shared platform capabilities, developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines and observability.
• Drive AI adoption, developer productivity and cloud enablement.
• Establish technology standards, guardrails and engineering principles.
• Provide delivery leadership for cross-functional transformation initiatives.
