• Track record defining and executing enterprise-wide software engineering strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience modernising platforms, reducing technical debt and enabling modern practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute enterprise software engineering strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Modernise critical engineering platforms, drive standardisation and automation.
• Lead engineering excellence, developer productivity and SDLC governance.
• Manage technology risk, cyber security, resilience and regulatory compliance.
