Qualifications
- 15+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on AI/ML implementation in banking/wealth domain is mandatory.
- Strong solutioning, architecture design, and translating requirements into scalable tech.
- Deep SDLC/Agile/Lean expertise with large initiatives.
- Experience with API-led architecture and integration technologies.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms and DevOps/SRE practices.
Responsibilities
- Align technical solutions with strategic goals and long-term vision.
- Lead end-to-end holistic solution design interfacing systems.
- Develop technology strategy and roadmaps with the Subdomain Tech Lead.
- Provide high-level planning analyses and forecasting for initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise standards.
- Oversee technical delivery across multiple squads and governance forums.
- Drive vendor evaluations and RFP processes to meet StanChart standards.
- Foster continuous learning and engineering excellence across teams.
