Responsibilities

• Translate group strategy into actionable execution plans aligning people, programmes and infrastructure to enable business growth and enhance client experience.
• Deliver large-scale business programmes and strategic enablement initiatives with strong governance and outcome realisation.
• Plan, implement, manage, and oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives optimising processes, driving digital adoption, and supporting sustainable growth.
• Drive data-driven management with KPIs/Metrics to provide transparency into business performance and analytics.
• Oversee risk management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration across Cash, Trade, Security Services, Client Coverage, Product, Operations, and Technology.
• Ensure alignment of business strategy and narratives to internal/external communications and CABM branding.
