Job summary
SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD.'s client in Singapore seeks an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects from customer requirements to production launch, based in Senoko.
You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to keep milestones, manage budgets, risks, and ensure smooth transfer to production with focus on quality and continuous improvement. Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in semiconductor, electronics or contract manufacturing with NPI or manufacturing project experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering changes.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI projects end-to-end from initial customer requirements through development, transfer and production launch.
- Drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to keep projects on track.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks and budgets, ensuring key milestones are delivered on time.
- Work closely with customers and suppliers, keeping everyone aligned and resolving issues quickly.
- Ensure a smooth transition to production while driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement
