Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an accomplished Chief Information Officer or IT leader to shape and drive the company's technology strategy.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, operations, and governance, partnering with business units to deliver value through SAP-based processes and AI-enabled transformations. You will build and mentor an internal IT team, manage external vendors, and ensure robust cybersecurity, reliability, and compliance while developing a long-term IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 8–10 years of IT leadership and operations experience.
• Strong SAP implementation, optimisation and integration experience.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and AI adoption.
• Experience in IT project and vendor management.
• Leadership and mentoring of an internal IT team.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant IT experience, with proven experience in IT management, infrastructure, systems, and operations.


• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in SAP, including implementation, system optimisation, troubleshooting, user support, and integration with business processes.


• Proven track record in digital transformation, including AI adoption, process automation, business intelligence, and technology‑driven process improvement.


• Strong experience in IT project management, with ability to manage projects from planning and implementation through to successful user adoption.


• Experience in managing IT vendors, software providers, consultants, and external technology partners.


• Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring an internal IT team including providing technical guidance and end‑user support.
