Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT leader to develop and drive the company’s IT strategy and technology roadmap from its Singapore base. You will oversee SAP and enterprise systems across Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Operations, while guiding digital transformation initiatives to enhance productivity and governance.

The role requires ~10+ years in IT leadership, strong SAP experience, and a proven ability to deliver cross-functional technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering or related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of relevant IT experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on SAP experience covering implementation, optimisation, integration and BP improvements.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, AI/automation, enterprise systems, IT infra, cloud services, cybersecurity, data/BI and cross-functional technology projects.
• Strong business, leadership, project and stakeholder-management skills; experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, logistics, warehousing or supply chain is advantageous.

• Salary: Up to S$10,000 per month

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:45pm; alternate Saturdays, 8:30am–12:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s IT strategy, technology roadmap, governance framework and digital transformation initiatives in alignment with business objectives.

• Oversee SAP and enterprise systems, including implementation, optimisation, integration and process improvements across Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Operations.

• Drive AI, automation, business intelligence, data analytics and system-integration initiatives to improve productivity, reporting, process control and operational efficiency.

• Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, projects, budgets, vendors and service delivery while leading and developing the internal IT team.

Skills/Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Approximately 10+ years of relevant IT experience, including significant experience in an IT leadership, Head of IT or senior IT management role.

• Strong hands‑on SAP experience covering implementation, optimisation, user support, integration and business‑process improvement.

• Proven experience in digital transformation, AI/automation, enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data/BI and cross‑functional technology projects.

• Strong business, leadership, project and stakeholder‑management skills; experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, food distribution, logistics, warehousing or supply chain is advantageous.
