Job summary

INDOGUNA (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an accomplished IT director to lead the company’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations in Singapore. You will drive digital transformation, AI initiatives, and BI projects while ensuring SAP excellence and strong cybersecurity controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of IT experience in IT management, infrastructure, systems, and operations.
• Strong SAP expertise including implementation, optimisation, troubleshooting, and integration with business processes.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, AI adoption, process automation, BI, and tech-driven improvements.
• Experience leading IT projects from planning to adoption and delivery.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, and data security.
• Experience managing IT vendors, consultants, and external tech partners.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into cost-effective technology solutions.
• Ability to develop and execute a long-term IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Experience building and mentoring an internal IT team and guiding end users.

• Drive the company's digital transformation initiatives, including AI implementation, process automation, and business intelligence solutions.
• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of IT systems to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP, including system implementation, optimisation, user support, and process integration.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption across the business.
• Work closely with all departments to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve processes.
• Manage IT vendors, software providers, cybersecurity, system maintenance, and IT governance.
• Develop the company's long-term IT roadmap and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
• Build and lead the internal IT team while providing technical guidance and support to end users.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation, and recommend solutions that create measurable business value.

Job Requirements:

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational requirements and translate them into practical and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a long-term IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring an internal IT team including providing technical guidance and end-user support.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions.
