Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Head of IT to lead the Singapore business's technology strategy, digital transformation and AI initiatives.

You will shape the technology roadmap, collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams, and oversee SAP S/4HANA and IT operations to drive performance. You will manage the local IT team, coordinate with external partners and vendors, and ensure governance, security and continuity.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leadership experience in a large organisation.
• Experience implementing AI, automation or digital transformation solutions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, FMCG, food, distribution, logistics or supply chain processes.
• Experience leading ERP and enterprise system transformation; working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Strong business partnering to translate operations into tech solutions.
• Experience managing IT teams, vendors, budgets and cross-functional programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, digital transformation and technology roadmap for Singapore business.
• Identify areas for AI, automation and digital solutions to boost productivity and decision-making.
• Drive end-to-end AI and digitalisation initiatives from use cases to deployment and adoption.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, procurement, finance and commercial teams.
• Oversee ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA, IT infra, cybersecurity and operations.
• Lead and develop local IT team; manage vendors and external partners.
• Manage IT budgets, governance, risk and business continuity.
