Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an accomplished Chief Information Officer or IT leader to shape and drive the company's technology strategy.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, operations, and governance, partnering with business units to deliver value through SAP-based processes and AI-enabled transformations. You will build and mentor an internal IT team, manage external vendors, and ensure robust cybersecurity, reliability, and compliance while developing a long-term IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 8–10 years of IT leadership and operations experience.
• Strong SAP implementation, optimisation and integration experience.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and AI adoption.
• Experience in IT project and vendor management.
• Leadership and mentoring of an internal IT team.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, infrastructure and operations for the company.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including AI adoption and automation.
• Oversee IT systems development and continuous improvement for productivity.
• Provide SAP system implementation, optimisation and support.
• Lead IT projects from planning to adoption across the business.
• Collaborate with departments to identify tech solutions for processes.
• Manage IT vendors, cybersecurity, governance and maintenance.
• Develop long-term IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Build and lead the internal IT team with technical guidance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and automation.
