Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior technology leader to drive multi-disciplinary teams across software, AI and data engineering in Singapore.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery for mission-critical systems and set engineering standards. The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong SDLC, secure development practices, and a track record delivering AI/ML projects in enterprise settings. You will shape technology roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in software/tech leadership.
• 7+ years in senior software engineering / technology / delivery leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary software, AI and data teams.
• Strong SDLC, architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD and secure development.
• Experience delivering AI/ML/Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Software Eng, AI, Data, DevSecOps and Platform Eng.
• Drive end-to-end software development and delivery for complex and mission-critical systems.
• Establish engineering standards, SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cybersecurity and quality governance.
• Manage resource planning and delivery across multiple projects and priorities.
• Develop technology roadmaps and drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Lead AI-enabled solutions from concept through implementation and deployment.
• Support solution architecture, tenders, technical proposals, customer presentations and presales activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, technology modernization and engineering capability development.
