Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the company’s information technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations in Singapore. The role focuses on driving digital transformation, including AI adoption, automation, and business intelligence solutions.

You will lead the IT team, manage vendors and governance, and partner with all departments to deliver technology that improves productivity and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of IT experience in management, infrastructure, systems and operations.
• Strong SAP knowledge: implementation, optimisation, integration with business processes.
• Proven track record in digital transformation including AI adoption and BI.
• Experience leading IT projects from planning to user adoption.
• Experience managing IT vendors, consultants and external partners.
• Leadership experience: building and mentoring an internal IT team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations for the company.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including AI implementation, process automation, and BI solutions.
• Oversee IT systems development and continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on SAP expertise across implementation, optimisation, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with all departments to tailor technology solutions to business needs.
• Manage IT vendors, cybersecurity, system maintenance, and governance.
• Develop a long-term IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Build and guide the internal IT team and support end users.
• Stay current with AI and automation trends to deliver measurable value.
