Job summary

Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) seeks an executive IT Leader to shape our technology landscape and guide digital transformation, reporting to the CEO and steering a high-performing technology team. Location is Singapore, with a focus on delivering strategic IT initiatives.

You will define the digital roadmap, champion AI/ML adoption, strengthen cybersecurity, and collaborate with senior leadership to align technology with strategic goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Proven track record in digital transformation, cloud architecture, and AI/ML implementation.
Experience in Singapore’s public sector or government-linked organizations is advantageous.
Deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the organization’s digital strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and vendor management.
Drive innovation in digital services, data analytics, and platform integration.
Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with the CEO and lead the technology team.
