Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd supports a client in Singapore seeking a Head of IT to lead the organisation’s IT strategy, infrastructure, systems and operations. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to drive digital transformation across the business.

The incumbent will spearhead SAP-based initiatives, AI adoption, automation and business intelligence, collaborating with functions to boost productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of IT experience across management, infrastructure, systems and operations.
• Proven ability to drive digital transformation including AI adoption, automation and BI.
• Strong project management and vendor/partner leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organisation's IT strategy, infrastructure, systems and operations.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including AI implementation, process automation and business intelligence solutions.
• Oversee IT systems development and continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Manage SAP implementation, optimisation, troubleshooting, user support and process integration.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation with user adoption in mind.
• Partner with business departments to understand requirements and propose practical tech solutions.
• Oversee IT vendors, software providers, consultants and external partners.
• Manage cybersecurity, system maintenance, data security and IT governance.
• Develop and implement a long-term IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Build and mentor the internal IT team.
