Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks an Enterprise B2B Sales professional to expand our Southeast Asia footprint among telecommunications, hyperscalers, and large-scale data centers. You will hunt and farm for new business and manage strategic accounts through multi-stakeholder deals.

You will articulate networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and AI performance validation solutions to senior executives, collaborating with solution architects and partners to close complex deals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is required.
• Min 4 years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a hunter profile.
• Demonstrated success selling complex technical solutions to hyperscalers, telcos or colocation providers.
• Willingness to travel regionally within Southeast Asia (~40%).

Responsibilities

• Hunt and farm to acquire new customers within SEA networks across telco, hyperscaler and data center ecosystems.
• Develop and execute account penetration strategies for strategic accounts and drive complex sales cycles from discovery to closure.
• Position complex technology solutions (networking, cybersecurity, wireless, AI performance validation) to senior executives.
• Collaborate with solution architects and partners to deliver AI solutions across infrastructure, platforms, and applications.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide market intelligence to internal teams.
