cultivate is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to drive business development, scale operations, and revenue growth across APAC. You will work closely with the founders as part of the core team, leading strategic initiatives and market launches for device subscriptions, while building a high-impact sales and growth function.

The role requires a proven track record in scaling tech businesses, strong leadership, and exceptional English communication skills.

Qualifications

• An established track record in scaling businesses.
• Experience in a growth-stage technology product company.
• Solid team player capable of growing and developing a high-performing team.
• Master's degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
• Outstanding English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects with the founders.
• Launch new markets globally and new device subscription verticals.
• Support APAC Country Directors to hit revenue growth targets.
• Help create a strong company culture and attract top talent.
