Job summary

Hyphen Connect is seeking a high-energy Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate portfolio startups across the APAC region. You’ll design rapid growth experiments and scalable acquisition funnels for diverse B2B and B2C tech products, with a growth-hacker mindset.

You will own full‑funnel optimization from acquisition to activation, retention, and referral, build viral social media programs, and partner with venture founders to GTM new products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing or growth engineering experience in tech startups, venture studios, or fast-scaling SaaS/consumer apps.
• Proven track record of exponential user growth via growth loops (growth hacking).
• Ability to create viral content and manage brand voice on APAC/global platforms.
• Exceptional spoken and written English for cross-border APAC communication.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and able to manage multiple portfolio projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Experimentation: Build, execute, and iterate high-velocity growth experiments to lower CAC and maximize LTV.
• Social Media & Viral Growth: Define organic and viral strategies across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Full-Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize every stage from acquisition to retention and referral.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate with founders to launch new tech products with scalable channels.
• Data & Analytics: Set up and maintain growth analytics stacks to track KPIs and provide insights.

We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Growth Marketing Lead with a "growth hacker" mindset to drive traction and explosive user growth across our venture portfolio. You will not just manage strategy; you will design rapid growth experiments, leverage viral social media loops, and build scalable acquisition funnels for diverse B2B and B2C tech products across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Experimentation: Build, execute, and iterate on high-velocity growth experiments across early-stage portfolio companies to lower CAC and maximize LTV.
• Social Media & Viral Growth: Define organic and viral social media strategies (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to establish brand authority and build active early-adopter communities.
• Full-Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize every stage of the user journey—from initial acquisition and activation to retention and referral.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate with venture founders to launch new tech products, establishing immediate traction and scalable channels.
• Data & Analytics: Setup and maintain growth analytics tech stacks (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, HubSpot) to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of growth marketing or growth engineering experience within tech startups, venture studios, or fast-scaling SaaS/consumer apps.
• Track Record: Demonstrated experience driving exponential user growth via unconventional or low-cost growth loops (growth hacking).
• Social Media Master: Proven ability to create viral content, engage tech communities, and manage brand voice on key APAC/Global platforms.
• Language: Exceptional spoken and written English skills (APAC cross-border communication required).
• Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously across different portfolio companies.
