Responsibilities

• Manage delivery, operations, and lifecycle of key Commercial Systems (LMS, POS, digital screens).
• Partner stakeholders to identify process optimisation, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Lead system implementation, enhancements, and tech refresh initiatives across teams and vendors.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, IT service management, and business continuity.
