Formación

• Degree or Diploma in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in SME, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or operational environments.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage employees at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop recruitment strategy across markets (Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore) for promoters, trainers, and operational roles.
• Build workforce plans and capability requirements aligned with business roadmap and expansion needs.
• Establish succession and contingency models to reduce operational dependency on single individuals.
• Refine and implement performance appraisal framework and continuous performance management practices.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate targeted learning and development initiatives.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen accountability, teamwork, ownership, and performance standards across departments.
• Advise leadership on workforce risks, organisational gaps, manpower decisions, and people-related operational challenges.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employee concerns, grievances, workplace conflicts, and sensitive staff matters.
• Manage employee disciplinary processes, investigations, and related documentation in accordance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Shape and reinforce an organisational culture that supports productivity, collaboration, accountability, and growth.
