Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Employee Experience & Recognition to shape staff engagement, onboarding, wellbeing and recognition initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to drive programmes and gather insights that strengthen culture.

You will oversee onboarding, plan wellness initiatives, manage recognition events and report on engagement metrics to guide improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications or Psychology.
• Preferably 4–6 years in employee engagement, experience or HR programmes.
• Experience managing organisation-wide engagement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee engagement initiatives, ECS and staff feedback platforms.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation to improve new hire experience.
• Plan staff well-being programmes with internal and external partners.
• Manage staff recognition and awards programmes and events.
• Monitor engagement metrics and prepare insights for management.
