Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder with 8+ years in digital marketing or related fields.
• Strong experience in digital marketing performance, paid media, analytics, website operations and governance.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, technology partners and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital performance management across paid media, analytics, measurement and reporting.
• Own governance and operational management of OCBC’s websites and digital properties.
• Lead governance and optimisation of digital and social platforms, including emerging channels.
• Partner stakeholders to improve digital effectiveness and governance frameworks.
• Manage agency, vendor and technology relationships to drive outcomes.
• Support budgeting and continuous improvement within the team.
