Job summary

OCBC is seeking a VP of Digital Project Management in Singapore to lead digital initiatives within the Digital Transformation Team. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact digital projects, coordinating across functions to meet business goals.

Candidates should have 10+ years in project management for digital/tech programs, with proven success in large transformations and strong PM methodology knowledge (Agile/Waterfall). Master’s degree preferred.

What you'll do

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in digital or technology-driven projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
