Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Social & Content professional to lead content planning and multi-channel publishing across our brand channels. You will collaborate with agencies, creators and stakeholders to deliver engaging content that aligns with governance and audience needs.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, performance measurement and adoption of emerging content technologies, including Generative AI, to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in social media, content production, communications, digital marketing or related.
• Experience creating content across multiple formats including video, photography, digital or AI-assisted content.
• Strong understanding of social media management and content performance measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, writing and storytelling.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, content optimisation, analytics or audience insights tools.
• Exposure to influencer partnerships and Generative AI.
• Experience within financial services or regulated industry advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead content planning and social media management across channels, ensuring governance and operational excellence.
• Deliver content initiatives from concept through execution, including calendars, campaign ideation and multi-channel publishing.
• Partner with agencies, content creators and stakeholders to produce engaging content across formats.
• Support audience growth, partnerships and reputation-management initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging content technologies and AI-enabled capabilities to improve content effectiveness and scale.
