Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a senior digital enablement and strategic partnership professional to drive regional initiatives across ASEAN and Greater China. You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Marketing, Product and business units to deliver digital ecosystems and growth opportunities for international clients.

You should have a strong background in microservices, event streaming, and multi-region architectures, plus a solid grasp of payments, data, and AI-enabled value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of microservices, event streaming and multi-region architectures.
• Knowledge of payment systems, processing, and digital payments trends.
• Experience in architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and own initiatives.
• Interest in learning new technologies; banking space experience is a plus.
• Ability to identify regional opportunities from a digital perspective and manage risk/regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital enablement in strategic partnerships with government agencies and corporate clients.
• Grow Greater China–ASEAN flows and regional collaboration.
• Develop ADD (AI, Data, Digital) value propositions for underserved Chinese and international corporates expanding to ASEAN.
• Promote the One Connect branding to meet regional Commercial Banking objectives.
• Leverage market intelligence to identify growth industries and opportunities for international customers.
