Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a dynamic Social & Content professional to join our Group Brand & Communications team. You will drive content across OCBC's owned and social channels, collaborating with creators, agencies and business stakeholders to deliver engaging, compliant digital experiences.

You will balance strategy with hands-on execution, maintain high editorial standards, and continually seek to improve content effectiveness and reach through innovative technologies and data insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content production or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content programs across social/digital channels.
• Hands-on experience creating content across formats (video, photo, digital, AI-assisted).
• Strong understanding of social media management, content performance measurement and audience engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, writing and storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead content planning and social media management across assigned channels, ensuring governance and execution.
• Deliver content initiatives from concept through execution, including calendars and multi-channel publishing.
• Collaborate with agencies, content creators and stakeholders to produce engaging content.
• Support audience growth, partnerships with publishers and influencers, and reputation-management initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging content technologies and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency and scale.
