Responsibilities
  • Formulate, develop and execute omni-channel customer acquisition strategies/ plans for DCS products and services to grow the respective targeted customer segments/ bases
  • Explore, innovate and implement frictionless onboarding application for DCS products and services based on the advancement of technology and digitalization, ie virtual card issuance, instant/ same-day application status, digital/ e-signature.
  • Formulate, develop and implement customer retention & anti-attrition strategies/ matrixes for DCS respective retail products and services, striking a balance between retaining quality valued customers vs collection of annual membership fee/ finance charges vs exiting no-value customers
Qualifications
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in the banking / finance industry and at least 4 years in a managerial position
  • Proven experience and record in managing and motivating sales teams and achieving results/ meeting targets
  • Good understanding of the market environment, consumer behavior, product dynamics and financials of retail products and credit business
