Responsibilities

• Train and supervise kitchen staff (sous chefs, line cooks, dishwashers) and ensure food safety compliance.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Stay current with culinary trends by attending classes, workshops, and researching new recipes.
