Responsibilities
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Develop and refine recipes, maintaining the authentic taste while introducing innovative menu items.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stocked.
  • Ensure that the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to the companys standards and procedures.
  • Monitor food costs and control wastage, optimizing kitchen efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a high-volume setting.
