Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Reliability Engineer to lead test flows and qualification planning for advanced memory products. You will work with cross-functional teams to define reliable test strategies and drive AI-enabled improvements.

In this role you will reduce DPM through optimized manufacturing tests and analyses, collaborating with Fab, HBM teams, and Quality to ensure high yields and robust product qualification in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor industry with product, testing, or reliability experience.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
• Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability test flows, stress tests, and test plans.
• Collaborate with Global Quality to manage qualification execution and gating.
• Drive down Extrinsic/Intrinsic Reliability through optimized test flows and strategy.
• Debug root causes in EFA/PFA, drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Advise on new process conversions to reduce cost and improve yields.
• Manage risk with product managers and leads for timely, stable tooling.
• Promote AI-driven reliability improvements and mentor teammates in AI/automation.
• Work with Fab, HBM Tech Development, Design, System Development, and Quality teams.
