Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an engineering professional to lead reliability test flow development and qualification initiatives for high-performance memory devices.

You will collaborate with Global Quality, Fab, HBM teams, and System Development to drive DPM reduction, process conversions, and AI-enabled reliability improvements, ensuring quality, yield, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CMOS, DRAM architectures, and device physics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and scripting using Python or JMP.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability stress tests, flows, and plans.
• Coordinate with Global Quality to manage qualification progress and issue resolution.
• Drive DPM reduction and optimize test flows to improve yield and reliability.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM Technology Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
• Apply AI/ML approaches to reliability datasets to classify failures and improve processes.
