Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Product Development Team Leader (PDTL) for High Bandwidth Memory. You will lead the introduction, ramp and high-volume production success of HBM, directing cross-functional teams across business units, quality, test, supply chain, packaging development and manufacturing.

You will drive program requirements, deliver milestones, and provide leadership in decision-making and risk mitigation while mentoring and developing the team in a diverse, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Product, Design, Yield Enhancement, or related engineering fields with leadership.
• Proven ability to lead urgent, broad, cross-functional technical issues to closure with collaborative approaches.
• Experience in direct reporting and matrix management, leading a distributed team.
• Outstanding organizational skills and decision-making for sophisticated solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present programs to leadership and cross-functional audiences.
• Ability to delegate tasks and set priorities in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HBM program requirements and define success criteria (SCD).
• Deliver product milestones and oversee cross-functional reviews.
• Lead critical program reviews with executives and ratify decisions.
• Direct decision-making in product development with cross-functional inputs.
• Lead cross-functional Technical Direction Forum for forward path on decisions.
• Define risk mitigation strategies across product lifecycle stages.
• Coordinate globally with Micron teams for efficient collaboration.
• Drive change initiatives and improve team dynamics and partnerships.
• Provide regular communication of priorities, challenges and status to leadership.
