Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Sr Manager, High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Development Team Leader to drive introduction, ramp and high-volume production of HBM products.

You will coordinate with business units, quality, test, supply chain, packaging development and manufacturing across global teams. The role emphasizes technical leadership, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver low power per bit solutions for ML/AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years in Product, Design, Yield Enhancement, or related engineering fields with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical issues to closure in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: define program requirements and integrate with Stage Gate and reviews.
• Program Management & Reviews: deliver milestones and coordinate multi-functional teams.
• Decision Making: lead cross-functional direction forums and ensure quality decisions.
