Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Team Leader (PDTL) for High Bandwidth Memory to lead the introduction, ramp and high-volume production of our ML/AI memory solutions.

You will direct cross-functional teams across business units, quality, test, supply chain, packaging and manufacturing, delivering milestones, managing risks and providing clear leadership to achieve program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years in Product, Design, Yield Enhancement, or related engineering fields with leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical issues to closure in a collaborative way.
• Experience in direct reporting and matrix management of a distributed team.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and set priorities in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HBM program requirements and SCD definition, Commit Convergence and ECR.
• Deliver product milestones and sample commits on schedule across multi-functional teams.
• Lead Critical Program Reviews with executives; ratify key decisions.
• Direct decision-making in product development with cross-functional inputs.
• Define and drive risk mitigation strategies across lifecycle stages.
• Coordinate global teams for effective and efficient working models.
• Lead change initiatives to improve team dynamics and partnerships.
• Communicate priorities, challenges, and status to leadership and teams.
