Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Development Team Leader for High Bandwidth Memory. In this role, you will lead the introduction and production of HBM products for machine learning and AI applications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering and over 10 years of related experience. You will manage cross-functional teams and drive critical decisions to ensure product success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product, Design, Yield Enhancement, or related engineering fields with management/leadership experience.
• Proven capability to lead urgent, broad, cross-functional technical issues to closure.
• Experience in direct reporting and matrix management, leading a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Lead HBM program requirements and success criteria document definition.
• Deliver product milestones and oversee logistical direction.
• Direct decision-making in product development and issue resolution.
• Define and drive solutions to mitigate risks across product lifecycle stages.
• Connect global teams for effective and efficient working models.
• Provide clear communication of engineering priorities and status.
• Mentor and coach team members, conduct performance evaluations.
