Roles & Responsibilities

• Consulting with in house team on educator plans.
• Listening to clients' needs to determine their preferences for recommendation on the product and service.
• Describing different hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampooing, cutting, coloring, treating and highlighting hair.
• Performing scalp treatments.
• Acting as the middleman for the salespersons to sell or upsell clients hair care products.
• Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure future profitable sales.
• Adhering to salon and government safety and cleanliness standards.
• Stay relevant on hair trends and styling methods.
• Perform professional hair services, including:
  Hair cutting, wash & blow-dry, styling, coloring, and scalp treatments
• Deliver quality customer service with professionalism and attentiveness
• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the salon
• Assist with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Shop Manager
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Proven experience in hair cutting and hairstyling
• Meticulous, organized, and customer-oriented

• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (with weekday off according to roster)
