Job summary

COZYHOMES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Bell Service staff member to support guest services and housekeeping operations within the hotel.

The role involves communicating departmental updates during pre-shift briefings, operating the Property Management System (Opera), and ensuring accurate guest records. You will process guest requests, coordinate with relevant departments, and assist with staff scheduling and task delegation.

Responsibilities

• Communicates updates and guest-related matters during pre-shift briefings.
• Operates the property management system to carry out and delegate tasks.
• Processes guest requests and forwards non-area requests to the appropriate department.
• Assists in scheduling Bellmen on break and supports management in scheduling.
• Assigns duties to staff to ensure proper follow-ups.
• Registers guests in the Opera Property Management System and updates guest records as needed.
• Familiar with Bell Service operations, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
