Job summary

LINK HOTELS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Services professional to deliver warm arrivals and seamless departures at the lobby, ensuring guest comfort from check-in to check-out.

You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort to rooms, explain hotel facilities, arrange transportation, coordinate with Front Office, and respond promptly to guest requests to uphold a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage during arrival.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
• Arrange transportation and taxi bookings for guests.
• Assist with luggage collection and check-out coordination.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure smooth departures.
• Provide directions and information on local attractions.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and manage crowd flow.
• Report security concerns and safeguard guest belongings.
• Record luggage storage and deliveries; assist with newspapers.
• Attend briefings and training; perform other duties as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by Front Office Manager or Management.
