Hyatt Singapore is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Telephone Operator (Call Centre) to deliver excellent guest service and support the Guest Services Centre within the Rooms Division. You will be part of a team ensuring smooth operations and courteous guest interactions.

No prior experience is required, but 1–2 years in hotel or call centre ops is a plus. Strong communication and computer skills are valued; shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Formación

• Must have at least G.C.E. 'O' levels.
• No prior experience required.
• 1–2 years in hotel or call centre ops is a plus.
• Good communication, telephone, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Computer skills: MS Office, email, Opera, PABX systems are assets.
• A can-do attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent and consistent service to guests at the Guest Services Centre.
• Assist the Guest Services Centre team to ensure smooth, efficient operations within Rooms Division.
• Handle telephone/operator duties with courtesy and accuracy.
