Royal Plaza Group is seeking a Customer Communications Associate for our busy Communications Centre in Singapore. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information on hotel services, and help fulfil guest requests with a courteous, service‑oriented approach.

No prior experience required; we welcome both part-time and full-time applicants and offer flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, within a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Handling all inbound/outbound calls
• Provides accurate information on all general enquiries pertaining to the hotel
• Facilitate and ensure smooth delivery of guests’ requests
• Follow up on telephone faults
