Job summary

SERENE LAND PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a guest services associate to assist guests with courteous service, handle enquiries, and coordinate with front office teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

You will establish contacts with long-stay guests, make courtesy calls, manage daily promotional materials, and support baggage, transport and general enquiries with a friendly, proactive approach. Rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• O-Level or equivalent requirement.
• Willing to perform rotating shifts.
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Assistant Manager and provide courteous services to guests and respond efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries.
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures.
• Establish contacts with house guests/long staying guests and renders assistance when necessary.
• Make courtesy calls to guests.
• Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
• Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries.
