Qualifications

• Proven guest service or frontline experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling enquiries, requests and complaints.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised guest service via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Build strong guest relationships by understanding preferences and needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil guest requests smoothly.
• Manage guest requests from inquiry to resolution, including follow-up.
• Coordinate reservations, amenities, arrival requirements and events.
• Support guest correspondence, service reports and request logs.
• Provide accurate information on facilities, dining, transport, attractions and events.
