SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is recruiting a Guest Relations Executive for a luxury hotel at Orchard. The role focuses on delivering personalised hospitality and ensuring a seamless, memorable stay for guests.

5 days a week with shift requirements; salary up to $3600 plus AWS, flexi benefits and staff meals. Ideal for those who enjoy building guest connections and top-tier service experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for VIP, repeat, and extended-stay guests; coordinate personalised arrangements.
• Welcome guests during check-in and assist throughout their stay with proactive service.
• Engage guests to gather feedback and resolve concerns with effective service recovery.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and others to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Foster loyalty by maintaining guest profiles and proposing personalised experiences.
